Todo el personal del hotel son muy amables con los huespedes, todo perfecto con ellos. No hay indicadores de la ubicación del hotel, para localizarlo te pierdes en las urbanizaciones. Muy complicado si regresas o entras en el hotel de noche. No aparecen indicadores de Las Colinas de San antonio.
