This B&B is located in a building with a lift and has 12 pristine rooms distributed on the second (numbers 1-5) and seventh (numbers 6-12) floor, the latter being with terrace. The rooms include singles and doubles, the latter being equipped with double beds, single beds or bunk beds. All of the rooms are spotlessly clean, modern and functional. They all feature brand new furniture, quality mattresses, wardrobes, a coffee table and armchairs. Fans and heating are available in each of the guest rooms. Rooms 3 and 4 are additionally equipped with a TV and CD player. There is also a double bedroom with terrace and a private kitchenette. Breakfast is included in the price of the accommodation. There is a kitchen with cupboards and a fridge where you can store your food although cooking is not allowed. Hair dryers are available upon request.

Super Hostal. das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimt und die Zimmer sind besonders modisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Nur das Personal könnte kompetenter sein und es könnten Infozettel über benutzung, wifi-netzwerkschlüssel und ähnliches in den Zimmern hängen.

L'alloggio si trova in un'ottima posizione, permettendo di raggiungere a piedi sia l'oceanografico sia il centro della città. Per la colazione bisogna andare ad un bar del "mercado de Colon", a 50mt dal b&b. La camera con bagno privato ha una crepa sul muro e la pulizia non è accurata. Ad ogni modo, il prezzo è davvero basso.

Pulitissimo. Ubicazione strategica, proprio a Còlon da cui parte il centro di Valencia. Sul sito sarebbe meglio citare la fermata Colòn) raggiungibile dall'aeroporto con la metropolitana in soli 20 minuti! Noi non sapevamo dove scendere e la metro a Valencia non è facile da comprendere: ci sono 2 linee sulla stessa direzione..non sai quale devi prendere.....!
Il rapporto qualità prezzo è decisamente buono. Alcune camere sono meglio di altre e la condivisione del bagno è sicuramente un disagio. Una carenza emersa durante il soggiorno è stata la mancanza di riscaldamenti in 2 camere su 3: forse sarebbe il caso di attrezzare meglio ogni alloggio perchè a Valencia in febbraio non fa molto caldo.
