The B&B Mare de Deu - Artes y Ciencias is located in the city of Valencia, in one of the most attractive and exclusive areas of the district known as “New Valencia”, just a few minutes away from the popular Malvarrosa Beach, the America’s Cup Port and the city’s largest green area, not to mention countless shopping centres, the City of Arts and Sciences and the Music Palace. Three of the rooms are twins with a shared bathroom and the fourth room is a double with its own bathroom facilities. All of the rooms have air conditioning and TV, and there is a lift in the building. The decor is fresh and modern and sheets (100% cotton), towels and breakfast all come included in the price of the accommodation. Other facilities at the B&B include a common room with a TV, CD player and wifi Internet access, a fully equipped communal kitchen and a sunny terrace with excellent views. As the B&B can only accommodate a maximum of 8 people, it never feels crowded and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. Das Zimmer war eher klein, aber angenehm eingerichtet. Gemütlich ist, dass man eine Küche und ein Wohnzimmer hat. Das gemeinsame Bad war teilweise nicht so sauber.
Toll ist, das Frühstück in der Bäckerei nebenan, dass wir oft draussen geniessen konnten. |

le seul inconvénient est qu´il est un peu loin de la station du métro la plus proche (15 min). Sinon très propre et assez confortable pour quelqu'un qui ne veux pas rester tout le jour dans sa chambre. |

HO trovato il posto degno dei soldi che si spendono per una notte. Comodo, vicino al posto più bello e caratteristico di Valencia, e accogliente.Una buona scelta! |

Sehr angenehme, saubere, centrale Unterkunft mit schönem Blick vom Wohnzimmer aus.
Einrichtung: Schlicht im Ikea-Stil
Einziger Nachteil: Die Küche darf nicht benutzt werden

mare de deu es nada más que fantascitco. Muy limpio, tranquilo y a un preció buenisimo. |
