vicinissima alla stazione metro ed al centro di Valencia, il secondo blocco dell'hotel è in posizione tranquilla ed il personale alla reception molto disponibile e cordiale. Stanze anche se piccole pulite e recentemente ristrutturate.
comodità di collegamento diretto da aeroporto con linea 3 e fermata a 300 metri dall'hotel. 10 minuti a piedi per raggiungere il centro storico.
Lüften in der Nacht nicht möglich, da das Hotel an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße liegt, die sehr, sehr laut ist. Es gibt jedoch einige Zimmer mit Fenstern in einen Lichthof, der allerdings sehr klein und dunkel ist (während des Tages kaum Tageslicht in diesen Zimmern). Außerdem gibt es in diesem Lichthof eine Lüftung, die die ganze Nacht läuft. Auch die kann für Menschen mit sehr leichtem Schlaf zum Problem werden. Das Personal ist jedoch irrsinnig freundlich. Einige können zwar kein Englisch, was mir oft zum Verhängnis geworden ist, weil ich kein Spanisch kann. Aber die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die Sauberkeit der Zimmer macht alles wieder wett. Und: In der Beschreibung über dieses Hottel steht NICHTS darüber, dass das Frühstück extra zu bezahlen ist, was bei einer Pension normalerweise inkludiert ist.
DEUTSCH / ENGLISH / ESPANOL (!ensayo!) - [Stand 3/2008]: ================================== Das erste, das in's Auge fällt, ist die zentrale Lage am südlichen Rand der Altstadt, in Laufnähe zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten, nahe des Hauptbahnhofs und mit guter U-Bahn-Verbindung zu Flughafen und etwas ferner gelegenen Zielen, wie z.B. den Strand. Eine Fahrrad-Vermietung ist in einem 10-minütigen Fußweg erreichbar (öffnet erst gegen 11.oo Uhr). Über '30Valencia.com' gebucht (!) lag der Preis mit 142,--€ für 3 Nächte in der Vorsaison unter den Preisen so mancher 1-Sterne-Pension! Das Rezeptions-Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wenn man allerdings im Neubau des Hotels in der Seitenstraße 'Calle Pintor Vila Prades' untergebracht ist, gibt es allerding einen kleinen Makel; Dieses Haus ist sehr hellhörig und Geräusche des Nachbars aus angrenzenden Räumen sind vernehmbar. Die knallenden Zimmer-Türen sind mehr als eine Zumutung! Als neugierigen Besucher dieser Großstadt und auch Nachtschwärmer wird einen dies nicht besonders stören und es wird auch durch sehr saubere Zimmer/Bäder, sowie einen hochengagierten Reinigungsdienst mehr als ausgeglichen. Das Frühstück ist, entgegen der Hotelbeschreibung von '30valencia.com' nicht im Zimmerpreis enthalten, aber mit ca. 6,--€ günstiger und umfangreicher, als in so mancher Kneipe in der Umgebung. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ The most obvious is the central location, very close to south rim of the ancient city. Most of the mean sights can be reached by walking, the railway station is very close and as well you have a good underground connection to the airport and further sights, e.g. the beach. A bicycle rent you can reach by feet in nearly 10 minutes (opens 11.ooh a.m.). Booked through '30valencia.com' (!) with 142,--€ for 3 nights in the early season the price was below prices of some 1-star-boarding houses. The staff at the reception is very friendly and eager! Indeed if you are lodged in the new building on the sidestreet 'Calle Pintor Vila Prades', there is a little stain; The house is very keen of hearing and you can hear noises from contiguous rooms of your neighbour. The banging doors are more than an imputation! But as curious visitor of such a great city and also a night-reveller you would not be disturbed such badly by that and it will be compensated by very clean rooms/bathes as well as a highly engaged cleaning stuff. The breakfast is, contrary to the description of the hotel by '30valencia.com' not included in the price of the accomodation. But with nearly 6,--€ it is cheaper and more extensive than in pubs in the surrounding. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ El primero que llama la atención es el emplazamiento muy central a la perifería del sur de la ciudad antiguo. Puede llegar todos curiosidades turisticas importantes a pie, la estación mayor está cerca tambien y tiene buen comunicacion de metro al aeropuerto o lugares poco lejano, come p.ej. la play. Para alquiler una bicileta, tiene que ir 10 minutos en pie (abre aprox. a las 11 horas!). Reservado sobre '30valencia.com' con un precio de 142,--€ por 3 noches en la pretemporada estuve mas bajo como precios de algunos hostales con 1 estrella. !El personal de la recepción es cordial y servicial! Si esta elojando en el edificio nuevo del hotel en la calle lateral 'C./Pintor Vila Prades', existe una macula pequena; La casa es de oida fina y ruidos de piezas contiguas estan audible buen. El portazo de puertas esta mas como una exigencia. Pero si está un visitante curioso de esta urbe y también noctambulo no se moleste usted. Tambien está ponderado por habitaciones/banos limpios y un servicio de limpieza muy contratado. El desayuno, diferente de la descripción de '30valencia.com' no está incluido del precio de habitación, pero con 6,--€ está muy barato y también mas empacioso come en unas bares en la vecindad.
El hotel Villarreal, en la zona de Juan Llorens,a 7 minutos centro andando, el metro está muy cerca.La habitación individual muy pequeña,bastante limpio,pero hay mucho ruido de coches y se oye perfectamente lo que habla o hace el vecino de la habitación de al lado.En mi caso me tuve que marchar para no escuchar el intercambio de AMOR.
