Dieses kleine Gästehaus verfügt insgesamt über 10 schlichte Zimmer, die alle sauber und komfortable sind, aufgeteilt in Einzel- und Doppelzimmer, wobei es kein Problem ist, ein weiteres Bett für eine etwaige dritte Person hinzuzustellen. Gäste, die im Einzelzimmer unterkommen, haben ein Waschbecken auf dem Zimmer und ein Gemeinschaftsbad auf dem Flur. Die Doppelzimmer sind mit eigenem Bad mit Badewanne ausgestattet sowie mit Fernseher und Klimaanlage. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind im Preis enthalten. Frühstück muss extra bezahlt werden, kann aber ganz bequem in der Bar/Café im Erdgeschoss des Hauses genossen werden. Auch an einer 24-Stunden-Rezeption, einer Gepäckaufbewahrung und einer TV-Lounge fehlt es nicht. Sehr einfaches Zimmer, Dusche auf dem Flur, Fenster zum Lichtschacht, kein Frühstück (Cafes in direkter Nähe), direkt am AC Hafen, Heizung ging nicht. Insgesamt OK.

La situación es buena pero la habitación estaba muy sucia y el baño también, sin toallas, sin gel, muy sucio.Y el ruido de las campanas insoportable, no hay quien descanse.

The room was quiet and a reasonable sıze - probably the best they had - sınce it was the furthest away from the sound of the church bells next door, and located opposıte a bathroom at the back of the hotel. The room DID have a TV, and they DID change the bed with nice clean sheets almost every day. However the attached toilet absolutely stank, and your head came into the washbasın if you tried to use it. I removed the personal hair left by the last occupant. All surfaces - shelves, crevices,inside all surfaces of the buılt-in wardrobe, around the floor on all sides - were covered with dust and grime. Both the cloth on the side table and on the desk in the room also needed washing. You had to pay for the booking when you arrived and my booking was for 5 days so I obtained a scrubbing brush and spent two evenings cleaning the room and wardrobe so that I could use it. A mop and bucket that I found was not sufficient. I never saw any staff during my stay only the two teenage schoolchıldren on my arrival, one of which appeared to be dealing with the room cleaning, and the other of which dealt with my room key on my arrival and departure. I also spoke the owner just before I left, who was very nice, but obvıously had difficulties in obtaining the support that he would otherwise lıke to have.Just 5 minutes before I left he had come to inform me that I had had 3 international phone calls during my stay that I should have contacted.....
Overall rating - location in a square behınd the church near the sea, wıth good bar for reasonably priced meals almost opposite, and transport to cıty centre close b; security rateable at 4 -but there remains a real scope for improvement from the comfort/cleanliness and therefore from the value for money point of view for this class of hotel. My booking was during the Fallas - understandably a period of peak demand for accommodation in Valencia.
