    Nuestra estancia en el alojamiento ha sido mejor de lo esperado. Muy cerca de la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias y muy buena comunicación con el centro de la ciudad. Sin duda volveríamos al mismo apartamento. La gente muy amable y siempre limpio.

    El apartamento está bastante bien, TV plana (un poco pequeña) e incluso reproductor de DVD. Tiene un pequeño parking gratuito para unos 10 coches. Muy recomendable.

    Nosotros quedamos muy satisfechos con el servicio y la relación calidad-precio del apartamento. Tal vez se podría indicar en la página web que 40flats se encuentra muy cerca de la Ciudad de las Artes.
