Each apartment measures 45m2 and sleeps five people. The decor is modern, simple and stylish, with warm, wooden flooring. There is a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room or single beds in a separate room. There is a fully equipped American-style kitchen and the bathroom is as modern and stylish as the rest of the apartment. There is air conditioning at your disposal for those hot summer days and a TV. Solo traveller
A clean, bright and modern appartment. Only 5 minutes walk from valencia railway station, 10-15 minutes to the town centre. The area is ok with a supermarket only 150 yards down the road. I was greeted by the contact who couldn't have been more helpful and polite who also had a great knowlege of the area. He pointed out some lovely areas to eat and he wasn't wrong. The appartment is fine, I have no complaints at all and if you are looking for a bit more freedom than the confines of a room with an ensuite then these appartments are ideal. I found both the appartment and it's location excellent and if I were to return to valencia i would stay again.Translate this guest review

Gute Anbindung an Metro,zentral gelegen,kein Verkehrslärm,helle Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung, Schlafzimmer könnte besser möbliert sein.Translate this guest review
Sehr schöne helle Wohnung. Die City kann man gut zu Fuß aufsuchen.
Entsprechend der spanischen Gewohnheit seinen Kaffee/Espresso außerhalb zu trinken, fehlten in der Küche diese Utensilien. Translate this guest review
