Fallas Apartments, Valencia

A clean, bright and modern appartment. Only 5 minutes walk from valencia railway station, 10-15 minutes to the town centre. The area is ok with a supermarket only 150 yards down the road. I was greeted by the contact who couldn't have been more helpful and polite who also had a great knowlege of the area. He pointed out some lovely areas to eat and he wasn't wrong. The appartment is fine, I have no complaints at all and if you are looking for a bit more freedom than the confines of a room with an ensuite then these appartments are ideal. I found both the appartment and it's location excellent and if I were to return to valencia i would stay again. Translate this guest review

Sehr schöne helle Wohnung. Die City kann man gut zu Fuß aufsuchen. Entsprechend der spanischen Gewohnheit seinen Kaffee/Espresso außerhalb zu trinken, fehlten in der Küche diese Utensilien. Translate this guest review

Accoglienza ottima,appartamento nuovo,pulito e molto confortevole.Ubicazione un po' lontana dai luoghi di interesse,solo per questo motivo il prezzo potrebbe essere stato più contenuto.Comunque sono stato soddisfatto dell'alloggio. Translate this guest review

Appartment was lovely, safe and secure, no complaints and literally 5 mins walk from main train station and metro and main city area so this was Outstanding.Nice big clean bathroom with plenty of piping hot water in an excellent shower.Area of town itself and location of appartment was a little run down. This was a bit disconcerting for one of the girls, she felt a bit uneasy there but others (me included) would say the place had old world character. I felt 100% safe there. The Rep was a thorough gentleman. Very professional and friendly and very helpfu. A lovely guy . Me sorprendió que el apartamento fuera prácticamente a estrenar y sim embargo los colchones de la habitación estuvieran en tal mal estado.. Toni, el Gerente, me pareció una persona muy agradable que supo solucionar un problemilla que tuvimos con la televisión.(Toni la de mi casa tampoco funiona bien). Translate this guest review
