The B&B offers a total of four comfortable, spacious, sunny and airy rooms. Three of the rooms are twins equipped with single beds or bunk beds and a shared bathroom and the fourth room is a double with its own bathroom facilities. All of the rooms have air conditioning and TV, and there is a lift in the building. The decor is fresh and modern and sheets (100% cotton), towels and breakfast all come included in the price of the accommodation. Other facilities at the B&B include a common room with a TV, CD player and wifi Internet access, a fully equipped communal kitchen and a sunny terrace with excellent views. As the B&B can only accommodate a maximum of 8 people, it never feels crowded and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed.

Appartamento molto luminoso e pulito, stanza carinissima! A 5/10min di bus e metro dal centro. Perfetto per chi non vuole spendere tanto, ma dormire in un posto pulito! Ricordarsi sempre di avvertire dell'orario di arrivo e portare con sè il numero del gestore per chiamarlo nel caso non fosse arrivato.
Wifi gratuita, ottima.
Viaggiavo da sola e devo dire che mi sono sentita al sicuro, anche come zona, sono stata bene!

Sono rimasto solo una notte però ho trovato la camera pulita, ampi spazi in comune e il rapporto qualità prezzo è eccellente. Consiglio a tutti coloro che vogliono fermarsi qualche giorno a valencia per visitare, tra le altre cose, la città della scienza

Noi alloggiavamo in camera con bagno privato e siamo stati bene. L'appartamento e la stanza sono molto carini. Marcelo Pablo è un'ottima persona gentile e disponibile. L'unico "problema" è stato per la colazione: con un quarto d'ora di ritardo abbiamo dovuto pagarla!!!! Si va in vacanza e ci si riposa quindi è stato normale ritardare un pò......
