Young couple
Excellente adresse que je recommande chaudement!!
les plus:
- emplacement parfais en plein coeur du quartier le plus chic de Valence
- l'appart en lui même est fonctionnel, propre et suffisament grand pour un couple.
- le métro, les bus, l'office de tourisme sont à 100m
- le service de la résidence est parfais, il y a un concierge 24h/24h.
- Nous avons pu louer une place de parking dans la résidence pour 10 euros par jours alors que le parking public le plus proche coute 24 euros par jours
les moins:
- manque de vaisselle et pas de tire bouchon!!
- l'appart n'est pas très bien insonorisé; on entend bien le bruit de la rue la nuit.
En conclusion cette appart est parfais pour un couple qui désire gouter au joie de Valencia: shopping, musée, fête..tout peut se faire à pied...

L'edificio è un hotel in cui le stanze sono state riconvertite ad abitazioni.
La stanza è grande e comoda, con tutti i confort, anche se la pulizia non era molto accurata. Comunque gentile e attento il personale.
Eccellente posizione, vicinissimo a metropolitana e autobus, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico.
